I'm marking this complete as we do have a boosted rewards. Not scheduled, but I'm not sure we want to do that anyway. Random times seems to be working well.

I personally think this is a good idea because in those times, it would be fun to play packed games of 8-10 people since everyone would flock to the game to earn some ROY
